If you want to hide YouTube channel subscribers count for others, then follow these steps
Step 1:
Open any browser, go to youtube.com
--> sign in with your gmail account into youtube.com
--> open your YouTube channel
--> then go to studio.youtube.com
Step 2:
In the left menu, you will see one option as 'settings'
--> click on the settings options, one dialogue box will pop-up on your screen
Step 3:
In the left menu, you will see one option as 'channel' under the General option
--> click on the channel option
Step 4:
If you already clicked on channel option, you will see 'Advanced settings' after Basic info option
--> click on the Advanced settings
Step 5:
In the Advanced settings option, you will see 'Subscriber count' above the Other channel settings
--> default it is clicked in the checkbox, for showing count to others
--> unclick the checkbox for not showing subscribers count to others
Step 6:
Then click on the 'save' button, for applying doesn't show your subscribers count to others
